The map shows the 311 complaints in 2017 in New York and also the different complaint types such as noise and street lights.

From the animated map, we can easily learn about different complaint types by different colour and also get a general understanding about which kind of complaint  was received most in a specific place. The blackground colour is dark and the circle which represents the types is light, so the map is clear and also easy to be understood.

The project succeeds in providing a platform for people to engage in and make the map together, which makes it more interesting easily to collect date on a global scale.

It is an interactive map and easily to manipulate. The left side is the map which can zoom in and zoom out and the right side is the  relative picture and story.

The map shows how daylight saving time can affect sunrise and sunset time. You can choose sunrise time and sunset time to see how many days would have in three different conditions: keep ing the stats quo, abolishing daylight saving time or always using daylight saving time.

The interesting and successful part of the map is that you can choose the variable according to your own time and the map will change according to your choices, which makes the map more personal and useful.
